Travel Consultant

VOYE HOMES is looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Travel Consultants. If you’re enthusiastic about travel, love interacting with people, and are eager to build a career in the hospitality and tourism industry, this role is for you!

Qualifications:

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Postgraduate degree in any discipline
• 0–1 year of experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Telesales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional fluency in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls (approximately 50 per day) with professionalism and courtesy
• Handle booking and service inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
• Understand customer needs to provide tailored travel solutions and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups
• Provide accurate, detailed information about VOYE HOMES properties and services
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently by providing timely and effective solutions
• Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in every interaction and transaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations and customer satisfaction

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
