The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flight booking, international travel routing, and customer support. This role demands hands-on experience with GDS systems (especially Galileo), travel portals, and a deep understanding of the airline industry. Key Responsibilities: Handle domestic and international flight bookings for corporate and individual clients Recommend optimal and cost-effective travel routes based on client requirements Provide expert advice on travel options, fare rules, and booking policies Manage ticketing operations and resolve issues related to cancellations, rebookings, and modifications Offer end-to-end support for all travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in flight bookings and travel consulting Strong knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS), particularly Galileo Proficient in using online travel portals and booking engines Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently and professionally Good numerical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle extended communication hours when required
