Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day

  employee transport operations

  (pick-up/drop, routing, rostering).
• Work on transport management systems / mobile apps.
• Coordinate with transport vendors and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor trip execution, adherence to SLAs, and resolve real-time escalations.
• Handle cab allocation, route optimization, and shift-based transport requirements.
• Ensure compliance with

  safety norms

  , statutory guidelines, and company policies.
• Track attendance, trip reports, billing, and MIS.
• Address employee transport-related queries and complaints.
• Conduct audits and vendor performance reviews.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in

  employee transportation / fleet operations

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  MoveInSync or similar transport management applications

  .
• Knowledge of route planning, rostering, and vendor management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of compliance, safety, and billing processes.
• Comfortable working in shifts, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in IT / BPO / Corporate employee transport operations.
• Exposure to night shift transport and female employee safety protocols.
