Prameya Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and research-driven Transport Planner to join our interdisciplinary team in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for a young professional interested in shaping future-ready cities through sustainable mobility solutions and strategic planning.

As a firm engaged in solving complex urban challenges, we focus on integrated approaches that combine data, people, and place. The selected candidate will work closely with our urban researchers, GIS specialists, and designers to support mobility planning and decision-making for Indian cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct transport audits, user behavior surveys, and spatial analysis
• Assist in the preparation of mobility plans, feasibility studies, and transport strategies
• Support GIS-based mapping, traffic and accessibility analysis
• Contribute to the visualization of multimodal transport systems, street networks, and pedestrian flow
• Collaborate with urban design and planning teams to develop integrated mobility solutions

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Bachelor of Architecture
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar field post Master’s degree
• Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in GIS, MS Excel, PowerPoint. Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), R studio/ Python, and similar software.
• Ability to represent data through maps, diagrams, and visual formats
