Transport Manager

As a Transport Manager at Meesho's Fulfillment and Experience (F&E) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of the country's next billion e-Commerce users. The team consists of 100+ professionals with diverse skill sets, including operations/support, supply chain expertise, analytics, and problem-solving abilities. Meesho is on a mission to revolutionize e-commerce and logistics to meet the expectations of customers in terms of pricing and delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Onboarding new Transporters onto the network continuously. - Tracking and managing the performance of different Lanes within your cluster. - Ensuring compliance with operational processes. - Taking ownership of key operational metrics and driving performance targets. To excel in this role, you will need: - A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline. - 3-5 years of experience in the e-commerce logistics domain, specifically in Middle Mile operations. - Proficiency in partner onboarding, training, and sorting operations in the Middle Mile. - Previous experience in a similar geographic location and capacity would be advantageous. - Familiarity with control tower and field operations will be a plus.
