As a Cluster Manager LM at Meesho's Fulfilment and Experience (F&E) team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of the next billion e-Commerce users in the country. You will be part of a dynamic team of over 100 professionals with diverse expertise in operations, supply chain management, analytics, and problem-solving. Meesho is on a mission to revolutionize e-Commerce by making it accessible to the masses. As a Cluster Manager LM, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, reimagining logistics to meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in innovative projects to build a supply chain that redefines e-Commerce not only in India but on a global scale. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new partners for Last Mile operations within your cluster. You will drive operational excellence by monitoring and improving key metrics, visiting partner facilities in different cities, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve team objectives. Your focus will be on identifying operational gaps and providing strategic recommendations for process enhancements. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the onboarding and training of new partners in Last Mile operations - Identifying and onboarding new partners regularly - Monitoring and improving the performance of partners in your cluster - Conducting facility audits and resolving operational issues - Ensuring compliance with operational processes - Driving key operational metrics to meet performance targets - Continuously identifying gaps and suggesting process improvements To succeed in this role, you should have: - A graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline - 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce logistics - Experience in partner onboarding and training for Last Mile and sorting operations - Additional experience in control tower and field operations would be advantageous Join us at Meesho's F&E team and be a part of our exciting journey to redefine e-Commerce logistics and create a seamless experience for our customers.
