Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Field Executive will be responsible for engaging with Vehicles Driver, promoting Paytm's products and services, and providing hands-on support during the onboarding process. The role also involves assisting Transport vehicle like bike, Auto Rickshaw and Cabs in resolving any concerns and driving adoption of Paytm's solutions to achieve business targets. Regular interaction with the ground team and reporting on progress will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer engagement, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in sales, relationship building, and handling client queries
• Ability to work effectively in field-based roles and multitask
• Basic technical knowledge of digital payment systems and UPI platforms
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently
• Prior experience in sales, operations, or customer-focused roles is a plus
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and Open market visits.
• Build strong customer relationships and meet the targets.
• Research and develop creative converting the leads and onboarding strategies to boost results.
• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
• Maintain and grow the client database effectively
