The opportunity
- Getting Indent from customer
- On time vehicle placement to customers.
- Ensure vehicle report at loading location
- Inform customer about vehicle reporting
- Loading supervising and ensure completion of loading.
- Get cargo document from customer and handover to driver along with our GCN.
- Prepare LHPC (Lorry Hire Payment challan)
- Send fund request to corporate office for trip advance and balance payment.
- Receipt of POD and follow up from vendors
- Vendor recoveries in full.
- Achieve targeted GP on primary transportation.
- Introduce new reliable vendors to increase the competition in the market and reduce the market rate.
- Coordinate with consignee for the unloading issues, if any.
- Cost reduction on market hire.
- Maintain customer KPI
- Attend customer queries.
- Error free management of operational controlled documents Viz. GCN, LHPC, Transport Manifest Etc.
- Maintain Mumbai market pricing model of effective quote participation.
