Risk Assessment and Compliance Management : Spearhead comprehensive risk assessments using the Toll risk matrix, ensuring unwavering compliance with both local and international HSE regulations across all sites in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. HSE System Implementation & Continuous Innovation : Lead the charge in deploying the HSE Management System, driving consistency, innovation, and a relentless focus on safety excellence across all operations. Safety Culture Advocacy : Champion a proactive safety culture throughout the organization by advocating for Toll Groups Safety Obsessed program and embedding it into every aspect of the business, from operations to leadership. Incident Management : Take ownership of incident investigations, ensuring a root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions that not only address the issue but also enhance long-term safety practices and prevention. Training and Development : Inspire, coach, and develop site leadership teams, elevating their HSE expertise, fostering continuous growth, and empowering them to lead with safety as their top priority. Team Performance Leadership : Lead and motivate your team to exceed expectations by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding and sustainable results that align seamlessly with business priorities. Collaborative Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving HSE initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while building a network of safety-conscious professionals. Proactive Safety Audits and Reviews : Continuously conduct audits and reviews, ensuring the highest standards are met, and use insights to drive improvements in safety processes and strategies across all sites. Innovative Solutions for Safety Challenges : Lead efforts to develop innovative solutions for emerging safety challenges, staying ahead of trends and ensuring Toll Group remains a leader in safety within the industry . Skills and Experience Education: A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field. Extra certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH? That’s a big plus! Experience: You bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HSE management, ideally within the logistics industry.
