Job Overview As a BIM Specialist in a real estate organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing digital building models that support the planning, design, construction, and operation of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and efficient integration of BIM data across all phases of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks). Co- ordinate architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) components. Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts before construction begins. Generate construction documents, material takeoffs, and fabrication drawings. Implement and enforce BIM standards, guidelines, and execution plans.
