Job Description

Role & responsibilities: 1. To prepare all drawings, Colouring, plot feeding, area calculations & detail drawings. 2. To prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD. 3. To prepare architectural building plans, wall sections and elevations. 4. To prepare drawings during the different design phases and processing paper to CAD drawings. 5. To assist in preparing Layouts, 3D views and sales plan. 6. To maintain records of drawings issued on site. 7. To assist in drafting of architectural details drawing such as door & window details. 8. To assist in drafting of architectural services drawing. 9. To assist in preparing Working and Presentation Drawings and Detail Estimation. 10. To assist in Issuing and modifying drawings as and when required. 11. To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time 12. To prepare MIS Reports on month on month basis. Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting). Familiar with 3D tools like SketchUp or Revit. Knowledge of architectural detailing and services drawings. Skilled in area calculations, estimation, and converting paper to CAD.
