Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Taxation team as an Assistant Indirect Taxation . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GST compliance, litigation, and advisory, preferably within the real estate or allied sectors . Key Responsibilities: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns and reconciliations Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental queries Assist in tax planning and transaction structuring for real estate projects Draft replies to notices and manage litigation under GST laws Monitor changes in indirect tax laws and assess their impact on business Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect taxation Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or construction sectors preferred Strong knowledge of GST laws, procedures, and compliance Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and tax software tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
