Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance) & external vendors. Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters to management. Respond promptly & professionally to client inquiries or operational issues. 📊 Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain operational reports, databases, and documentation. Ensure all activities comply with company policies & industry regulations. 📦 Inventory & Resource Planning: Manage inventory, procurement, and resource planning as per business needs. Support implementation of new processes and improvement of existing workflows. 📌 Requirements: 🎓 Education & Experience: Graduate in any discipline (Operations Management preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience (4–5 years preferred in Transport/Logistics). 🧠 Skills Needed: Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel). Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks.
