You will act as the primary contact for interaction with all parties to keep the lease administration database current and accurate. You will be accountable for the work done by the Abstractors and Double checkers who manages client abstractions and ensuring Turn Around Time and responsiveness is maintained and met in a timely manner. Ensure our processes and procedures are maintained to ensure adherence with all internal and external policies. Manage/perform ad hoc projects/tasks to ensure clear communication on progress and timely completion of all assigned tasks. Work closely with internal Stakeholders to resolve any escalations and take corrective and preventive measures. As a Operations Lead, ensure operational activities are performed within the agreed and stipulated timelines. Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of lease administration. This will include managing various team of Lease Admin, portfolio reviews, management reporting, planning/ tracking and monitoring of all the resources in JBS LA team.
