Job Description

Experience in MES/MOM and Delivery Management or Service Delivery Management to manage large AMS engagements.
Should have working experience in Apriso or any MES product • Must be proficient in Project Management.
Monitor and ensure service performance ensure that application support services are delivered as per agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Problem Resolution Work closely with the support teams to resolve escalated incidents or problems in application.
Incident Management – Ensure incidents are handled promptly and in accordance with predefined processes, conduct RCA on recurring incidents.
Change Management – Oversee and manage the application change process to ensure delivery of change request and implemented without causing service disruptions.
Client Relationship management – client communication, escalation management and regularly reporting.
Service Improvement – Identify areas of improvement in service delivery, incident handling, and effective RCA to prevent future incidents.
Risk & Compliance Management – Identify, monitor and mitigate risks, Compliance with relevant client standards, policies & regulations.
Domain experience in Automotive/Tier 1 Auto Manufacturing • Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project
