Summary:

Transition Manager

Key Skills:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Transition experience and should have experience in BPS Transition.
2. Exposure to Agile, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies.
3. Any Graduates.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Transition Management

• Understand client business processes and successfully transition them to offshore delivery
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success metrics
• Develop and execute detailed transition plans, including timelines and milestones
• Ensure smooth transition, piloting, and handover to service delivery teams (BAU)
  

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Plan and manage personnel, infrastructure, training, and financial resources
• Build and manage effective transition teams with appropriate skill mix
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, leadership, and support functions
• Act as primary escalation point for all transition-related issues
  

Risk, Quality & Governance

• Identify, assess, and mitigate transition risks
• Develop and communicate business continuity plans
• Ensure adherence to quality management standards and maintain audit trails
• Track transition performance through dashboards and operational metrics
• Monitor Voice of Customer during transition phase
  

Training & Talent Support

• Define required skill sets and job descriptions for transitioned processes
• Coordinate with HR and L&D teams for resource onboarding and training
• Provide pre-process training inputs and knowledge transfer support
• Participate in learning sessions to share domain and transition expertise
  

Business Support

• Support business development by creating domain collaterals and artifacts
• Provide inputs for RFI/RFP responses with a consultative, value-driven approach
• Support client visits, walkthroughs, and capability presentations
