Key Responsibilities

technical and customer support
to international clients via voice/chat/email
Diagnose and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues efficiently
Maintain high standards of
customer satisfaction and service quality
Document interactions accurately and follow process guidelines
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick issue resolution

Any Graduate / Under Graduate
Experience:

Freshers welcome

Minimum
1+ year experience
in International/Customer Support preferred

verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving mindset with customer-first attitude
Comfortable working in
