Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through chat process, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address complex issues related to banking processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment, preferably in a similar role (Customer Support).
  • Strong understanding of International Chat Process and Banking Processes.

  • Graduate with 1 Year Banking Experience

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts including night shifts

  • Salary 32-35K in hand

  • Cibil - Not Generated / If generated so more than 680
