Customer Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally.

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.

* Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.

* Adhere to company guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and quality standards.

* Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills.

* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Preferred candidate profile:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

Age criteria : Below 40 years

Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment preferred.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

* Candidates have to join within a week

Flexible to work in US shifts.

Role - Customer support:

* Looking for Candidates who worked in international voice process

* Customer Support experience preferred

Must be ready to work in Night shift.

Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.

Two way cab is free of cost & Work from office only (No work from home).

* Looking for Immediate joiners only & Job location: Chennai (Ambattur)
