Job Description

To fix up the interview schedule connect

Client Overview

Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Address customer queries and provide timely, high-quality resolutions.
Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Hindi.
Assist customers with transactions, troubleshooting, and service inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Graduate from any field.
Experience:
Fresher & experience in sales (preferably telesales).
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi, with no grammatical or pronunciation errors.

Work Schedule & Shifts

6 days working with 1 rotational off.
Rotational shift:
8 AM to 10 PM.
Day shifts for females till 8 PM.
Rotational shifts for males.

Salary & Benefits

CTC:
23,000-25,000 per month.
