Transaction Manager - Commercial Real Estate

You will be working at myHQ, a leading commercial real estate platform that focuses on providing flexible, data-backed, and efficient workspace solutions for enterprises, startups, and SMEs. As a Transaction Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead the deal process for commercial real estate clients, from client acquisition to closure. Your role will require strong experience in enterprise deal-making, people management, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end transaction cycle, including lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure. - Manage multiple deals simultaneously to ensure timely conversion and meet revenue targets. - Develop a deep understanding of clients" business requirements to offer customized workspace solutions. - Serve as a trusted real estate advisor to clients across various sectors. - Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Advisors and Associates to drive performance and achieve organizational targets. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments to maintain a competitive edge. - Maintain CRM discipline for accurate data capture, provide MIS reports, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Desired Skills & Attributes: - 7-10 years of total sales experience with at least 4 years in commercial real estate transactions. - Proven track record in closing enterprise-level real estate deals. - Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Deep understanding of commercial property dynamics in the Bangalore market. - Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales dashboards. - Strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate. - MBA or Postgraduate degree in Management preferred.,
