Job Description

Process standard deals in the trade inventory system and prepare all documents based on approved templates.

Coordinate and align with external and internal stakeholders to resolve execution issues, assisting as necessary.
Settle standard transactions to ensure quality settlement for supervisors review.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Support system upgrades and process improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Fluent in verbal and written English
Other minimum qualifications may apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in trade finance operations
Proven ability to interpret and apply transaction-related documentation with precision, ensuring accurate execution and compliance
Exposure to process optimization, automation initiatives, or digital tools supporting operational efficiency
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
