Training Specialist

We are hiring a Client Training and Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding and deliver remote training to our clients. You’ll work closely with our UK Training Team, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for new and existing users of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual training sessions and support client onboarding.
• Understand client needs and tailor training accordingly.
• Maintain and update training content and our e-learning platform.
• Analyze training assessments and client feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support during onboarding.
• Manage onboarding workflows using Microsoft Planner.
• Ensure all training aligns with company and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in virtual training or teaching.
• Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
• Customer-first approach with an eye for detail.

Preferred

• Experience with software products and international (UK) clients.
• Interest in healthcare and technology.
