Job Title: Training Executive / Training Manager – HR Department Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Company: Deccan Sales & Services (Deccan Group) Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Training Executive/Manager to join our HR Department at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting employee orientation , induction programs , explaining company policies , and managing various training and development activities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct orientation and induction sessions for new employees. Clearly communicate company policies and procedures . Assist in training need analysis and skill gap identification. Coordinate and support soft skills and behavioral training sessions. Maintain training-related documentation and records. Actively participate in overall employee development initiatives . Skills & Requirements: Strong command over soft skills training and onboarding practices . Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English . Good interpersonal skills , with a professional and positive attitude . Energetic, approachable , and supportive nature. Previous experience in HR or training roles is a plus.
