Job Description: As a Training Specialist at our company located in Morbi, you will play a crucial role in delivering and coordinating training programs to ensure participants acquire the necessary skills for job performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing training content, conducting training sessions, collaborating with teams to identify training gaps, and providing performance feedback to optimize learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Create instructional materials for training programs - Assess training needs within the organization - Develop and deliver training content - Collaborate with teams to identify training gaps - Provide performance feedback to enhance learning outcomes Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information - Proficiency in Training & Development and training techniques - Experience with Instructional Design methodologies and tools - Excellent customer service skills to address learner needs and feedback - Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences and learning styles - Preferred: Experience in corporate training or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,
