Job Description

You will be responsible for conducting new hire training, soft skills training, and negotiation skill training. You should ensure completion of monthly cyclic activities such as refresher training, update training, and PKT. Sensitizing to training needs and understanding learning requirements of different learning groups will be crucial. Additionally, you will need to liaise with Quality and Operations to identify, screen, and execute process improvement plans. Your ability to execute training tasks and assignments on short notice is essential. You should be interested in delivering and contributing towards process improvement and take accountability for new hires" performance during the OJT period, including attrition.
