Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and management, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and strategic human resources planning. The role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee grievances, and enhancing overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Skilled in HR Operations and developing HR Policies
• Strong capability in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the security services or manpower solutions industry is a plus
