Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct induction, refresher, and advanced training programs for security guards. Deliver training on security protocols, emergency procedures, access control, customer service, and incident handling. Conduct fire safety seminars and demonstrations including fire extinguisher usage, evacuation drills, and hazard identification. Prepare training materials, modules, and assessment tools as per industry standards. Travel Pan-India on a monthly basis to conduct site-based training sessions and audits. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain accurate training documentation and performance records. Coordinate with operations teams to identify training needs and ensure compliance with security regulations. Support recruitment by conducting skill assessments for new candidates when required. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve overall training quality and operational readiness. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the security industry as a Trainer or similar role. Strong knowledge of security operations, SOPs, fire safety practices, and emergency response procedures. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to conduct both classroom and on-ground training sessions. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Certification in fire safety, first aid, or security training (preferred). Good physical fitness, discipline, and professional demeanor.
