Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Manesar, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience and be responsible for training students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for students.
Guide and mentor students to help them achieve their goals.
Create engaging lesson plans and study materials.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective training delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments.

Job Requirements

Sound knowledge of Mechanical and automobile subjects is required.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in production, preferably in the auto industry, is preferred.
Candidates should hold a B.E, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
A minimum age of 26 years is required.
Industrial updates and good knowledge about shop-floor practices are necessary.
