Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-9 years of experience and be responsible for training students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for students.
Guide and mentor students to help them achieve their goals.
Create engaging lesson plans and study materials.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective training delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and automobile subjects.
Excellent communication and guiding skills.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Experience in production, preferably in the auto industry.
Age minimum 26 years.
Industrial updates and good knowledge about shop-floor practices.
Production (preferably related to the auto industry).
