Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in mechanical and automobile subjects.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology.
Guide students as per syllabus.
Connect with students and provide support.
Develop and implement effective training programs.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in training or teaching.
Possess sound knowledge of mechanical and automobile subjects.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and management.
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
