Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Officer based in Ahmedabad. The Training Officer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, creating training materials, and facilitating training sessions for employees. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing feedback for improvement.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Proven experience in designing and executing successful training programs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in the mining industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
