Role & responsibilities New Vendor Development : Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies by identifying new sources based on maintenance requirements through profile & benchmark study and make them as approved vendors by visiting them / trial order supply and release the purchase order to reduce lead time. To ensure delivery by negotiating with suppliers on lead- time , cost and quality , communicating supplier schedule failures or any other , intiate action on poor quality supplies , debit to supplier if any , due to delay or any other reason. Reviewing supplier performance and quality of service based on sourcing of materials to manufacturing requirements, comply all internal and external statutory requirements, adhere the system and procedures, initiate cost reduction exercise through CFT and other team development programs, communicate and educate supplier as and when any deviation on quality systems or failures, build supplier base. Ensure Cost recuction by preparing annual Price List based on maintenance requirements by interacting with Original Equipment Manufacturers , getting quotations, preparing cost comparision, cost approval so as to achieve return on investment. Undertake new product development activities by involving with supplier for product development, tryout, trials, feedback, analysis, order release, co-ordinating with quality department for quality clearance, evaluation and rating, background verification of the new sources for new product development, signing off agreement Organise shipment movement from vendor end and arrange for custom clearance and delivery of shipment

Role & responsibilities : To review the electronic components and parts design, assurance on parts and release, monitoring and reviewing assembly processes, ensuring testing and completion, generating reports and warranty and test certificates, monitoring and reviewing final Review and analyse non compliance, rework and rejected parts, testing and performance failures and find out root cause analysis and establish system to avoid repeat same failure in future. To make necessary arrangement for customer inspection and its process, provide relevant information w.r.t customer owned products, maintain confidentiality and data protection etc., ensuring customer safety. Review incoming inspection methodology, advise any deviation on internal parts, material handling or storing methodology, adhering all system and procedures of incoming and outgoing parts, arrange necessary quality inspection tools, monitor and control Conduct Review meeting with sub-ordinates, interact and co-ordinate with manufacturing department, communicate through DRM about quality deviation or failures if any, systematically maintain and report all quality related information, preparing MIS on quality Faciliate and suggest as and when any support requires from Assembly Team w.r.t parts mismatching due to customer design or parts take suitable action to resolve and guide production team to achieve the targets, train the workmen on quality systems.

Upgrading skill level of the employees by evaluating their skill. Maintaining the Training Record for all Employees. Attending internal & external audits and closing the NC points. Produce training content and learning plan as per the HODs suggestion. Coordinating with the mangers and HOD is to ensure smooth flow of Training activities. Responsible for Induction & Orientation of the new employee Skill updation - Monthly Conducting induction (DOJO) program for new employees. Employee Satisfaction Analysis. I.e. Survey workings Training MIS, Metrics, Plan Vs Actuals updation, MRM & MGM ppts Employees Behavioural Trainings, TNI, TNA, Training Effectiveness To make sure every employee in the company will be trained and skilful. Taking care of 5s and safety activities of the plant /employees with safety officer co ordination. Preparing Skill Matrix Workers & Staff. Direct all training procedures for new employees. Training needs analysis with the help of feedback system from the concerned department. Organizing, planning, scheduling and coordinating the Training. Responsible for Providing Training to supervisors, shift in charges, New Joiner and Operators. Customizing courses as per requirement. Fullfilling of statutory requirment as per the customer instruction. Conducting of employee survey and share details on or before 3rd of every month . Completion of all joining formalities of off role employees on time and issuing of OJT forms. Arranging of Induction training session for new joiners . Co - ordinating with production team to deploy new employees in right place with proper training Proper maintenance of all shop floor employees skill matrix with the help of documentation people . Educating all new employees like - projects ,technical knowledge,process with coordination of production people . Shop floor visit on daily basis.
