Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI. Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to deliver effective BI solutions. Connect to data sources, import and transform data (Power Query), and write DAX expressions for calculations. Optimize Power BI data models for performance and usability. Create and maintain documentation of BI solutions, data models, and processes. Work with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and decision-makers. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in reporting systems. Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI reports and resolve performance issues.

Role & responsibilities Support & Troubleshooting: Provide 1st and 2nd-level SAP support for end-users in manufacturing and related modules. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve system issues quickly and efficiently. Assist in the creation and management of SAP change requests, SAP Notes, and system patches. System Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure that the SAP S/4HANA system is up-to-date with the latest patches and releases. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements or optimizations. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for system enhancements and upgrades. User Training & Documentation: Provide training to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge to use SAP systems effectively. Create and maintain user documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for SAP-related processes. Configuration & Customization Support: Assist with the configuration of SAP modules relevant to the manufacturing industry. Support any necessary customization efforts for specific business requirements. Work with the technical team to implement system modifications and improvements. Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with other business applications (e.g., MES, PLM, WMS). Support interfaces and data flows between SAP and other critical systems in the organization. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders, including production, logistics, procurement, and finance, to ensure SAP systems meet operational requirements. Act as the liaison between business teams and SAP technical support teams. Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify and resolve production and operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and operational disruption. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certification is a plus. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA applications, specifically within manufacturing processes. Experience with SAP modules such as Production Planning (PP) , Materials Management (MM) , Sales and Distribution (SD) , Warehouse Management (WM) , and Plant Maintenance (PM) . Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP issues in a manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and integration. Familiarity with SAP support tools (e.g., Solution Manager, SAP Transport Management System). Knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and production planning. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across different levels of the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Analyze historical cost data, current market conditions, and supplier quotations to derive cost-effective solutions. Continuously monitor cost trends and provide cost forecasts to management. Collaboration with Production & Procurement Teams: Work closely with the production and procurement departments to understand the technical requirements and sourcing needs of materials and components. Liaise with suppliers to obtain cost quotes for raw materials, components, and outsourced processes. Evaluate production methods and propose improvements to reduce manufacturing costs without compromising product quality. Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for each product, ensuring that all components and their associated costs are included. Monitor and update BOMs based on changes in product design, materials, and manufacturing processes. Cost Modeling: Utilize cost estimation software/tools to create detailed cost models for manufacturing products. Identify key cost drivers and prepare cost breakdowns to determine the most cost-effective production methods. Product Pricing: Support the pricing team by providing detailed cost information that will inform product pricing decisions. Assist in cost reviews and adjustments based on production schedules, market conditions, and financial objectives. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed cost estimation reports and presentations for management, highlighting key cost components and areas for potential savings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cost estimates, quotations, and supplier agreements. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate the efficiency of the cost estimation process and recommend improvements. Monitor industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that can impact cost estimation and manufacturing efficiency. Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including engineering, finance, production, and quality control, to ensure that cost estimates align with operational capabilities and business objectives.
