Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback, and track performance improvement. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content that meets industry standards. Develop learning materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules using adult learning principles. Design and deliver sales training sessions for insurance agents, focusing on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service. Manage training programs from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management in an Insurance company. Strong understanding of Sales Training methodologies and practices. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to train diverse audiences effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
