Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Delhi at Signum Hotels and Resorts. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, assessing training needs, identifying strategies to improve employee performance and engagement, and evaluating training effectiveness.
