Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions across multiple business processes
  • Adapt delivery style to diverse learner groups, ensuring content effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Facilitate refresher training, upskilling sessions, and behavioral workshops as per business needs.
  • Design, update, and maintain training modules, SOPs, and assessments aligned with client and business requirements.
  • Understand stakeholder expectations, gather feedback, and align training solutions to meet performance goals.
  • Provide regular training updates, MIS reports, and performance insights to senior management and clients.
  • Track and analyze training effectiveness using dip checks, PKTs, and post training performance data.
  • Identify training gaps and recommend actionable interventions to improve productivity.
  • Maintain accurate training MIS, dashboards, and training effectiveness reports for leadership and clients.
  • Represent the training team in client calibrations, process transition calls, and governance meetings.
  • Publish weekly/monthly dashboards covering training effectiveness, PKT scores, new hire performance, and business readiness.
  • Own the New Hire Training Program end-to-end (design, delivery, assessments, transition to floor).
  • Represent the training team in client calls, calibrations, and governance reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

o 10+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 1-2 years in a Team lead role.

o Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools is a plus.

o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate content.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

o Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

o Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
