Training Manager (Remote) Are you a skilled multitasker with a passion for people development? We're looking for a Training Manager who can own our internal hiring interviews and onboarding training – from first call to final session. * Work Type: Remote * Days: Monday to Saturday * Hours: 10 AM – 7.30 PM * Salary: ₹10,000/month * Experience: 6 months to 3 years (Freshers not eligible) Job Role Includes: * Handling 150+ telephonic interviews per day for internal hiring * Leading weekly induction & training sessions for new joiners * Designing training content and PowerPoint presentations * Coordinating with TLs to ensure seamless onboarding * Keeping records of training and feedback We’re Looking For Someone Who: * Has strong verbal & written English skills * Is confident in conducting interviews & training * Can multi-task & prioritize under pressure * Owns a laptop with reliable internet * Has hands-on experience in PPT making Call us at 8982350210 to apply Show more Show less
