Training Manager

Job Description Drive technical training (class room and on the job) across function as per the business requirement Roll out and drive training need analysis. Develop and deliver various training modules. Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops etc and recommend/implement improvements. Drive service trainings with a focus of improving customer service scores. Work with SPOCs in various business units to drive initiatives end-to-end and co-create programs / plan. Travel to across the region for training purposes. Identify and coordinate with Vendors for external training programs based on business requirements. Plan and prepare training calendar and maintain reports. Responsible for Improving efficiency/productivity of the employees by using the right mix of training methodology *Note: Marathi Language and Minimum 4 years of Optical sales experience is mandatory.
