Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Manager based in Udaipur. The Training Manager will develop and implement employee training programs, conduct training sessions, and assess the training needs of staff. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring that training programs align with company goals. The Training Manager will work closely with department heads to support continuous professional development and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing training programs and instructional materials
• Strong presentation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
