Training Manager

As a Training Manager at Ethiqual Global Pvt. Ltd., your role is crucial in driving service excellence through people excellence. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs across various sectors such as healthcare, education, corporate, and real estate facility management operations in India. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for housekeeping, security, transport, and support services. - Design and implement technical, soft skills, and safety training programs. - Develop induction, refresher, and supervisory training modules. - Evaluate training effectiveness, maintain MIS & compliance records, and ensure industry standards compliance. - Monitor and enhance training outcomes continuously. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with business objectives. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5-8 years of experience in training within facility management/hospitality/service industry. - Strong communication, facilitation, and people management skills. - Passion for enhancing workforce capabilities and service quality. - Willingness to travel across client locations.
