Job Description

To coordinate with Employees and Partners to understand their learning requirements & provide the necessary training interventions.
To prepare Training Calendars in discussion with Major stakeholders and ensure adherence.
To take employees through the Learning Journey of the channel. Addition to this train Employees and Partners on Products and Processes as per requirement.
To liaison with Zonal Head/ Cluster Manager provide feedback on Training content requirements
To support Employees & Partners on sales call for demonstration and observation purpose.
To communicate & track completion of learning assignments including e-learning for Employees.
To manage all the MIS and records related to Training activities and maintain documents and updates for Audit purposes.
Time to time discussion with RA for better performance
