The ideal Training manager candidate will have experience in HR recruitment and is skilled in providing training to them and clearout there doubts. Responsibilities: Assessing training needs Developing training programmes Delivering training programmes Evaluating training effectiveness Staying up to date with industry trends Required skills and qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience Training and development expertise Communication skills Leadership skills Working Days: Monday - Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM- 6:30 PM Salary: 5,000- 7,000 + 1500 incentive (based on your performance) THANKS
