Role Overview The Training Institute Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the institute, handling student admissions, coordinating training schedules, ensuring smooth functioning of classes, and using Work Management Software to streamline all institute activities. Key Responsibilities Admissions & Student Management Follow up with prospective students for new admissions. Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and training outcomes. Maintain student records, ID creation, and batch allocation. Operations & Administration Oversee daily institute activities and ensure smooth execution of training programs. Handle scheduling of classes, trainer coordination, and batch management. Address student queries, complaints, and ensure a supportive learning environment. Monitor fee collections, pending payments, and coordinate with the accounts team. Business Development Support in generating leads and converting them into admissions. Maintain relationships with colleges, partners, and referral sources for student inflow. Assist in marketing and promotional activities for the institute. Work Management & Reporting Use Work Management Software to track admissions, fee collections, class schedules, trainer workload, and student progress. Prepare periodic MIS reports on admissions, revenue, and operational performance. Maintain effective communication between management, trainers, and students. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Commerce/Management/Education or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in Institute/Training Centre/College Administration preferred. Strong communication, counseling, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with Work Management/CRM software. Organized, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
