Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage training programs from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and team handling skills; ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
