Job Description

Role Overview: As an individual contributor, you will work with internal and external stakeholders who will consult you for finding solutions to various business problems related to training, Knowledge Management, and Other Training support. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, develop, deliver, and certify trainers on learning principles, facilitation skills & coaching skills. - Deliver Domain Training in Finance and Accounts, including expertise in Record to Report, experience in PTP, and overall understanding of RTR, PTP & OTC. - Additional value - skilled in Communications training and Need-based trainings. - Manage Content by creating Training content. - Act as a Knowlege Manager with complete governance on Knowledge Management. - Collaborate with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify training needs. - Conduct needs assessments, develop training solutions, and assess training effectiveness. - Provide consulting for organization-wide initiatives, design and implement training programs. - Design, develop, deliver, and consult on various training projects and instructional programs using different training methods. - Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance training programs. - Lead and deliver consulting engagements, manage client expectations, quality control, and issue management. - Research advancements in learning management systems and instructional design methods. - Govern and report on KA/KT and accreditation status for Transition Support. - Participate in governance calls to highlight Transition progress and coordinate with Clients/Stakeholders on updates. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduation preferred in B.COM or MBA Finance or Inter or Semi Qualified. - Must Have Knowledge: Rich knowledge in Accounts and Finance, hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications, ability to interpret educational needs, and develop effective instructional design. - Experience: Must have 3-4 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain, ability to communicate effectively, project management skills, and training delivery experience. - Good to Have: Transition experience in F&A domain, proficiency in content designing tools, training analytics, and previous customer-facing experience.
