Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Train store teams and new joinees through On-the-Job Training (OJT) on coffee preparation, customer service, hygiene, and SOP standards.

Manage training programs for baristas, including classroom training, product demonstrations, and on-the-job training.
Develop and deliver customer service training curriculum to enhance team performance.
Conduct regular session management to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Collaborate with the operations team to integrate coffee knowledge into their operations.
Provide product training to new hires and existing staff members.

Identify skill gaps and provide coaching, feedback, and development plans for store employees.

Audit stores regularly to maintain quality, service standards, and brand compliance.

Support new store opening

and ensure teams are operationally ready.

Maintain training records and progress reports to track performance and development of store teams.

Preparing high-potential employees for future roles through succession planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Cafe/QSR/Hopitality).
Strong understanding of beverage preparation techniques, coffee culture, and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication skills for effective classroom instruction and customer interaction.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.

English and Tamil Languages Proficiency
