Training & Development Manager

Role Overview: You are a proactive Training & Development professional responsible for designing and delivering learning programs to enhance employee skills, support onboarding, and promote continuous performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Identify training and development needs in consultation with management and department heads - Design and deliver technical, functional, and soft-skill training - Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joiners - Develop training content and learning materials - Track training effectiveness and maintain records - Prepare training MIS and reports for management review Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate / Postgraduate (HR/ Psychology or related field preferred) - 2-5 years experience in Training & Development or L&D - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage employees across levels - Knowledge of learning methodologies Additional Details: Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd. is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm with offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
