As a Psychiatric Social Worker at Alpha Healing Center, your main responsibilities will include enhancing the patient experience, ensuring post-discharge treatment compliance, and strengthening communication with the patient's family. You will be the primary point of contact for family members, addressing their concerns during the patient's stay and coordinating with the clinical and administrative teams accordingly. On a daily basis, you will conduct check-ins with patients, liaise with the clinical and non-clinical teams to address any concerns, and ensure compliance to treatment sessions.
