The role of Optometrist is a full-time position located on-site in Bhopal. As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating visual problems and eye diseases, prescribing eyeglasses and contact lenses, and providing pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery. Your duties will also include educating patients on proper eye care, maintaining patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating visual problems and eye diseases. Proficiency in prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and managing pre- and post-operative care is essential. Strong communication and patient education skills are required to effectively interact with patients. The qualifications for this position include being licensed to practice optometry and holding a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
